Saints Alive from St. Cuthbert’s College and directed by Megan Flint, performed “Motu Puketutu” at the Big Sing Finale in Wellington, August 2012, and were awarded the Auahi Kore Trophy for best performance in the Maori Language.  You can hear their performance here: http://www.r2.co.nz/20120816/session-8-2-3.htm 

Later in 2013 when Cheryl visited the school and met Megan and the other teachers at the school, she saw the trophy for herself – it’s enormous…and heavy!
