Way back when I worked in Sunderland…indeed when I was leaving my job in Sunderland, I was asked by the headteacher to prepare a scheme of work that the regular classroom teachers would be able to use in my absence. I did this. It centred around listening with follow-up activities that covered the rest of the music curriculum. The school used it successfully and I have now published the scheme in the form of a series of blogs.
