Cheryl was delighted in August to drop in at Craighead Diocesan Girls’ High School in Timaru, New Zealand to hear the Craighead Chorale rehearsing her piece “The Moon” with their musical director Vicky McLeod. She was even more delighted to hear them perform the song as part of their recital at the Big Sing finale in Dunedin. Vicky had requested that the lights be subdued and the Dunedin Town Hall was bathed in a gentle blue glow for their dramatic rendition of the song.
