During this last weekend Cheryl was in Wakefield delivering Musical Sculptures composing workshops to visiting families at the Hepworth Gallery. She is there about every sixth or seventh weekend encouraging musical creativity as well as in-depth study of the inspirational art works on display. This weekend was a sad occasion as it was the last time “A Man Who Suddenly Fell Over” by Michael Andrews will be there for a Musical Sculptures weekend. It has not only inspired many of these composing families in the last few months, but also a dramatic song from Cheryl herself: “The Man Who Suddenly Fell Over”. The next Musical Sculptures workshops are on the weekend of November 9th-10th 2013. Hope to see you there!
