Something For The Weekend

The close harmony/barbershop group Lionheart Harmony have spent much of 2013 rehearsing for and recording a CD which was eventually released in the week before Christmas. The CD is called “Something For The Weekend” and features a wide range of songs from folk, to traditional barbershop to pop classics. A couple of Cheryl’s arrangements are included on the CD, including their popular version of the northeast traditional favourite “Water Of Tyne”.

Quite surprisingly, some of Cheryl’s art work also appear on the sleeve of the CD – a cartoon caricature of the group created on one of Cheryl’s favourite computer packages Powerpoint! The CD is available from members of the group. You can contact them here: https://www.facebook.com/LionheartHarmony?fref=ts
