Using the River Wear in Northeast England as inspiration, a primary school and I created a musical journey from the North Pennines down to the North Sea, stopping off to explore on the way.

Year 6 are learning about physical geography with their class teachers. To support this we composed some musical rivers in their first ever music lessons with Cheryl, exploring features of rivers such as tributaries, confluence, meanders, estuaries, waterfalls and lakes.

January Fade-ins
