In February 2022, The Bridge Singers presented their Concert Of Silences. If you click the link below, you find out all the details, as well as the programme notes, and if you have time to spare, you can even watch or dip into the actual concert, because we did indeed livestream it!!! The microphones were not in all the right places, so there are issues with the sound, but still, it meant that we could reward our fans who tuned into our live Zoom concert in 2021. After the event, I was told that we did indeed have about 50 different people watching on line at various points and we had about 40 in the church…and that is a pretty good audience for us! All the music in the concert had either the word “silence” or “silent” in them. There were eight of my songs in the concert, which must be some sort of record too! – Lullaby of Silences, of which more another day, and the Silent Early Stroll Songs, which number seven in total.
