Motu Puketutu for SATB choir
Here’s another version from German choir Vocal Concertisten from 1999
£2.30
Motu Puketutu is a rhythmic, yet melancholy setting of a Maori poem by Robyn Trinick about (what used to be when the poem and song were written – not any more!) a polluted island in the Manukau Harbour in Auckland, New Zealand. It’s been cleaned up now and is a popular wedding venue!
Here’s a clip of the song, but you can hear a full recording towards the bottom of the page under “Preview”.
Motu Puketutu is also available in an arrangement for SSAA choir.
Purchasing multiple copies: Please purchase the number of copies that you will require – e.g. if you wish to buy a PDF and make 5 copies, you should choose a quantity of 5. There are discounts for multiples of five or more.
