A month starting with optimism for some new music and performances to come, but at last in 2020 some time to do something about marketing again. Let’s see how much I can bound!

August marks the end of the old choir year and the beginning of the new, and I’m intending that it also marks in my mind a new start with the composing which I’ve struggled with in recent weeks. I have new songs to write for specific purposes so the foundations stones are there.
Seeds Grow Into Plants

When asked to design some musical ideas to help with the study of flowering plants for some 9-10 year olds, I composed a song and then went to town with a complete unit of work using science and music curricula, with a bit of art and dance thrown in for good measure.
